Our Story

About

In 2003, a passion for cooking led Chef Kevin McCombs to Colorado to pursue a degree in the culinary arts. Located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, he developed his skills at Colorado Mountain College’s Keystone Culinary Institute. Chef began his professional career as sous chef at the renowned Ski Tip Lodge restaurant in Keystone Resort after receiving his degree.
